So you are vegan and have this passionate love of food. They want to pursue this passion further, but you're not sure what the options are vegan cooking school out there. Fortunately, there are many! There are some schools, which are plant-based meals, and many who are not vegan can be matched to you so you will not find even cut chicken dishes and seafood, if you're not in it.
There are many plant-based random> Cooking around the world, if you are looking for something just for fun, not fantasy certification. In this article, but I concentrate more on professional programs, which have at various levels. Some require little time and money if you want to become a professional chef, others take to run the entire distance of your kitchen.

Living Light Culinary Arts Institute

The Living Light Culinary Arts Institute is located in a small coastal community on the Mendocino Coast. If you love the sea, mild climate and raw vegan food, you'll love this school. Laufenby Cherie Soria, the "mother of raw foods," which is the institution of raw foods. This is what attracts people from all over the world and produces top-of-the-line star chefs of all kinds.
There are different types of courses, including a series of Gourmet Chef Certification (6 weeks), Advanced Instructor Certification Training Series (4 weeks), Raw Food Nutrition Educator Series, and full-out Chef Professional Series, which runs nearly a year whole, including a 250 daysStage at the school.
Many of the raw food chef known throughout the world has moved Cornbleet Living Light for their education, including Chad Sarno and Jennifer.

The head of trainingProgram is offering an intensive, professional course, which can be taken part-time or full time, but runs 619 hours. This school teaches how to prepare seafood, chicken and eggs, but if you're vegan, you can opt out of this. This school teaches a wide range of cooking styles, including as to ferment, preparing raw food and macrobiotic foods, and even Chinese medicine and health food. The focus is on total plant foods.

Matthew Kenney has very little raw food chef and personal training (usually 4-8 people). It is designed for beginners and chefs alike.
There are two 4-week training – Level 1: Principles of Raw Cuisine, and Level 2: Advanced Kitchen Raw. Level 1 courses start every month and is open Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 15.00. The level 2 course runs four times a year and is the same time theLevel 1 classes.
Cordon Vert School
Where is it? Altrincham, Cheshire, UK
What do they offer? Leisure Courses and Workshops vegetarian, a graduate program for professional chefs

Cordon Vert School offers classes at its headquarters Vegetarian Society, and even have room for accommodation. They have a selection of vegetarian dishes1 to 2 day workshops, training courses for recreational and professional. His professional class graduates, take a week, is only for professional chefs. However, their workshops and courses for leisure for the public and occur frequently throughout the year.
Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts
Where is it? Austin, Texas
What do they offer? Full program of professional chefs, the vegan-friendly, public classes

This school specializes in vegetarian, vegan, macrobiotic, raw food preparation and cooking and Ayurveda. They offer a full 900-hour professional chef training program. All training takes about a third of a year when you jump directly from the training stage. This is an intensive course, you are fully prepared to work in a natural food.
They also offer public lectures,but they are sparse and rarely emphasizing the professional chef training program.
The School of Natural Cooking
Where is it? Boulder, Colorado
What do they offer? Vocational training for the basic course, with the possibility of going beyond

The basic course at the School of Natural Cooking is 16 weeks of graduation, where they learnBases, the production of bread, food, nutrition and much more. If you reach a level very well in this course, you can create a personal 4-week cooking class or teacher training. But in order to pursue the training of teachers, you must have completed their classes, and five years of experience with natural foods.
The courses are usually offered for a summer semester and winter semester and run half the length of a typical school.
Vegan cookingAcademy

What do they offer? Online courses and 1000 hours of vocational education

There are two main attractions of this school – in the first place, who is looking for an opportunity of apprenticeship, it is here, and can be completed within six months to two years, depending on how you work, and secondly, offer a distance learning program.The online program takes just to have a camera and a computer with Internet access, and each student receives personal attention from teachers, as well as the high quality materials and lessons. The trainees who are already aligned chefs, nutritionists and food service directors.
Heaven on Earth Vegetarian Institute
Where is it? Hamilton-Stoney Creek, Ontario
What do they offer? A vegan macrobiotics and Ayurveda 3-module program
WhenPrograms are running? In mid-October to mid March for all three modules

This Institute offers a Holistic Health Consultant Certification Program and cooking, which is run in 3 modules and goes far beyond the kitchen. It appears in many aspects of holistic health, such as changes in yoga, pranayama, diet and lifestyle to prevent disease and, of course, healthy food preparation. All the food is vegan, with the exception of a class, where the fish isincluded.
Natural Kitchen Cooking School
